What more could you want for such a good price? Sure, there are a few things you could want, but you have to consider the price-performance ratio, so it's a great deal. We were very satisfied, even with a toddler, for over two weeks. The only slight drawback is that the room doors close very loudly, which is simply annoying at night!

Great location, room okay, service superb

With a 2-star rating, we didn't expect much, but we were extremely surprised. The hotel is in excellent condition and even has a pool. The location is absolutely perfect if you like short distances. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, which didn't bother us. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, friendly service, good breakfast, above average for a 2-star hotel, almost on the beach. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the sea and rocks. Good value for money.

Nice hotel, great location, breakfast good, staff very welcoming, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, has it's own pool and bar if you require some quieter down town away from the beach etc. Have stayed a few times now and will keep going back whenever I go to matala! Doesn't disappoint. Enjoyable experience.

The Hotel Zafiria is located at the entrance to Matala and about a 2-minute walk from the beach. The price/performance ratio is very good. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a TV. We had a balcony of about 20 square meters. The staff deserves special mention. Always friendly and helpful. For football fans, Bundesliga and 2nd division matches are broadcast. For those who think they have to get upset about having to put the dishes back on a trolley after breakfast, I recommend booking a 5-star hotel. This is our second time here and we highly recommend the hotel. The large number of repeat guests also shows this. All I can say is: keep it up.

Fantastic location in the heart of Matala. Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean rooms. Varied breakfasts with plenty of fruit. Highly recommended.

Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio here was also excellent. We had a wonderful terrace on the second floor, about 30 square meters, with a sea view. The only minor criticism we could make is that cheese was usually only available once at breakfast, and when it was gone (usually very quickly), it was either not refilled or only refilled very slowly. But hey, the world isn't going to end because of this. The staff were very nice and friendly. Great location.
