Only 3 stars for service because of the hotel bartender. Other than that, everything was fine. Subjectively, of course.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and equipped. The size would be enough for two, we were three and the third bed was placed in the doorway, which created a 40cm passage :-). Half of the sliding door was missing in the shower. Apart from this, everything was ok, both the breakfast, the pool and the staff. The location of the hotel is great.

Everything was fine except for this: UNACCEPTABLE! At 10 AM, I had a sun lounger with towels and there was nobody there!

Disappointing experience with staff member The hotel itself was clean and nice, and most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with a staff member named P., who works at the bar, was extremely upsetting. P. was repeatedly shouting at me and other customers and speaking very rudely to his coworkers. Whenever he was working, the atmosphere became uncomfortable and stressful for everyone. After I complained about his behavior because he had been shouting at me, the situation became even more serious on my last day. P. approached me in the bar area, shouted directly in my face, and threatened me in front of other guests and staff. The situation became so aggressive that the female staff members from the early shift had to intervene and make him leave. Many people witnessed what happened. When I said that I would call the police, he became even more aggressive, and I genuinely felt that he might physically attack me. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel before. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and most of the staff were helpful, but this incident was extremely disturbing. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and takes appropriate action so that no other guest has to experience this kind of behavior.

Absolutely recommendable for a two-star hotel. The staff are consistently very friendly and always eager to help. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The cleaning staff do a really good job. The pool area is small but nice and clean. It's a great place to relax, and there's also a bar. Breakfast is simple, but perfectly adequate for the price. The location is fantastic. You're right at the edge of Matala's old town. Not in the thick of things, but right in the heart of it if you want to be. The beach is less than a three-minute walk away. There's a small private parking lot, but you should let them know if you want to use it. I recommend the monitored parking lot a little further down the side street, to the left behind the hotel, on the left-hand side. It costs €5 per day, but it's video-monitored and covered. The parking lot staff are excellent and have great tips.

The hotel is very well located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. The pool is small but nice. The bathroom is adequate. There are balconies of varying sizes, from very small to very large. Breakfast could be better; it's significantly better in other hotels in this price range. The service is friendly, but our room wasn't cleaned very well. When we arrived, there was still sand in the bathroom from the previous guests. All in all, it's quite good, if it weren't for the worn-out mattresses. I'm not usually sensitive to noise, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone had back problems. I recommend earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Everything was absolutely great. The rooms were clean, we had a room facing the street and couldn't hear anything through the closed balcony door. The air conditioning worked perfectly. A big advantage is the refrigerator in the room. The beach is right next to the hotel, clean. The pool is nice. The breakfast could be richer and more varied. Lots of shops and restaurants everywhere. The town of Matala is magical.

Great value for money. The rooms are small but clean, daily cleaning, clean towels once every three days. It is probably the closest hotel to the beach, right in the center of the village. We are here for the third time and this year we have a very noisy tower in the bathroom and a noisier air conditioner. In all three cases the air conditioner blows directly into the bed (for one half) The breakfast is not worth much and there is not much choice. The staff is nice, but most of them are a bit lethargic
